Hi, I'm Lucy, the face behind the camera and owner of Luna & Flutter Photography. Inspired by my own two little ones, I know just how quickly the seasons of life pass. The tiny details, sweet smiles, and in-between moments often become the memories we treasure most. As a military spouse based in Tucson, Arizona, I serve families here and in my hometown of Northern Virginia. My goal is to create a relaxed, heartfelt experience while capturing the love and connection that make your story uniquely yours.
